Transportation
Getting there safely

Non-Medical Transportation

When a ride is the difference between making an appointment and missing it, dependability is everything. We provide door-to-door transportation for adults with developmental disabilities and aging adults, with the same driver wherever possible so every trip is a familiar, trusted one.

Our vehicles are wheelchair-accessible and our drivers are trained in safe loading, securement, and passenger assistance.

  • Rides to medical and therapy appointments, day programs, and work
  • Wheelchair-accessible vehicles with trained, secured loading
  • Grocery runs, errands, and community outings
  • Drivers trained in CPR, First Aid, and passenger assistance

Who it is for: Adults on a DODD waiver, private-pay families, and service coordinators arranging non-medical transport.

Community
Out in the world

Community Integration (Adult Day Services)

Community Integration is about belonging, not just being present. We support adults in getting out into the community: building skills, following their interests, and forming real friendships through everyday activities and group outings.

Support is shaped around each person's goals, so time out in the world builds real independence and confidence.

  • Group and one-on-one community outings
  • Skill-building around daily living and independence
  • Recreation, hobbies, volunteering, and social connection
  • Support aligned to each person's individual service plan

Who it is for: Adults who want more connection, activity, and skill-building in their week.

At home
Support at home

Homemaker Personal Care (HPC)

Independence at home often comes down to a little help with the everyday. Our HPC support keeps routines steady and homes comfortable, with respectful, hands-on assistance from caregivers who show up consistently.

From a tidy kitchen to a gentle reminder, the small things add up to a safer, more independent day.

  • Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Assistance with hygiene, grooming, and daily routines
  • Medication and appointment reminders
  • Companionship and a watchful, caring presence

Who it is for: Adults who need day-to-day support to stay safe and independent at home.

Shared home
A place to belong

Shared Living

For some adults, the right support means a shared home. In Shared Living, a trained caregiver opens their home and daily life, providing a stable, family-style environment built around the person's needs and preferences.

It is a long-term arrangement grounded in relationship, routine, and belonging.

  • A carefully matched caregiver home and daily routine
  • Support with personal care, meals, and community life
  • A stable, long-term living arrangement
  • Ongoing oversight and open family communication

Who it is for: Adults who thrive with the structure and belonging of a shared, supported home.

Around the clock
Always reachable

24/7 Support

Care does not keep office hours. Whatever service your family relies on, there is someone reachable around the clock, so an urgent question or a last-minute change never leaves you on your own.

  • A real person to call, day or night
  • Coordination across all of your services
  • Rapid response to schedule changes

Who it is for: Every family we serve, across every service.

Not sure how to pay for it?

Many of our services are provided through Ohio DODD waivers, and we also work with private-pay families. If you are unsure what your loved one qualifies for, we will help you sort it out, no pressure, no obligation.
